Davies, IUP vice president of university relations and head of the Foundation for IUP, is an original 2005 member of President Tony Atwater's administrative team.  On March 20, Davies announced his resignation, effective in May, to preside over a university in his home state of Oregon. Where will that leave IUP's pricey building programs - the $270 million residential construction project and the cash-strapped Kovalchick convention center -- which Davies oversaw?
